Terms of service
1. Provider identification
Bridge Marketplace, S.L., registered at Carrer Exemple 123, 08001 Barcelona, España. Contact: contacto@example.com.
2. Purpose
This service is a platform that connects customers who need a home service (initially blind repair) with independent professionals (blind repair specialists) who provide that service. El servicio facilitates contact and the initial diagnosis; the service contract is formalised directly between customer and professional.
3. Acceptance
By using this service (web, WhatsApp, or any other channel) you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
4. Customer obligations
- Provide truthful information about the fault and the location.
- Confirm the price before the professional starts the work.
- Pay the professional the agreed amount, except for justified cause.
- Treat the professional with respect.
5. Professional obligations
- Provide the service with the diligence and quality expected in the trade.
- Confirm the estimate to the customer before starting work, based on the photo/video provided.
- Issue an invoice when applicable and meet their tax obligations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations (self-employed / company / professional insurance).
6. Service role
The service acts as a technology intermediary. It is not a party to the repair contract between customer and professional, does not guarantee a specific repair outcome, and is not liable for the professional's breaches beyond the quality mechanisms in section 9.
7. Pricing and payments
Use of this service is free for the customer. The professional may pay a small commission per closed job, transparently disclosed before accepting. The first job is free for the professional.
Payment for the repair service is made directly from customer to professional, on the terms agreed between them.
8. Cancellations
Either party may cancel the intervention before the professional travels, at no cost. If the professional has already travelled and the cancellation is for a cause attributable to the customer, the professional may bill for the travel according to their usual rates (which will have been communicated in advance).
9. Quality and complaints
The service operates a reputation system based on customer satisfaction and price fairness. Complaints can be sent to contacto@example.com and will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Professionals with recurring complaints may be removed from the network.
10. Liability
The service is responsible for its own platform (reasonable availability, data security under GDPR). It is not liable for damages arising directly from the professional's service, which the professional covers under their own professional liability and, where applicable, their insurance.
11. Intellectual property
The service brand, code, and content are owned by Bridge Marketplace, S.L.. Photos you send via Photos are used solely to diagnose the fault and dispatch the right professional.
12. Modifications
The service may modify these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to active users with reasonable notice.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumer complaints, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
