2. Service purpose

The service helps connect people who need home services with independent professionals available in their area. We may help organise the request, review initial information, check availability and put customer and professional in contact. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the repair or material service contract is entered into directly between customer and professional.

3. Acceptance and proper use

By using the website, WhatsApp or other channels you accept these terms. You must provide truthful information, use the service in good faith and confirm price, travel fee, timing and scope before work starts.

4. Prices and payments

Use of the service is free for customers unless clearly stated otherwise before contracting. The professional must confirm the work price, travel costs, materials, applicable taxes and payment method before starting. Payment is made directly between customer and professional unless another method is expressly stated.

5. Independent professionals

Professionals act on their own account and are responsible for tax registration, licences, insurance, tools and permits applicable to their activity. The service may review, prioritise or remove professionals for quality, availability, complaints or safety reasons, but does not guarantee a specific repair result.

6. Withdrawal, cancellations and urgent services

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by Spanish and EU consumer law. You may cancel before the professional travels at no cost, except for a valid condition previously disclosed and accepted. If a service is fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights may be lost once completed, consumer-law rules will apply.

7. Guarantees, liability and complaints

Legal guarantees for work, materials or repairs correspond to the professional providing the service where applicable. The website is responsible for its own digital and intermediary activity as legally required. Complaints can be sent to contacto@losprofesionales.es; consumers may also contact public consumer bodies, OMIC offices or Consumer Arbitration Boards.

8. Commercial communications

We will only send commercial communications where there is a legal basis, such as consent or a prior relationship allowed by Spain's LSSI-CE, and always with an easy opt-out method.

9. Intellectual property and data protection

The website contents, brand, code and elements belong to the operator or are used with permission. Photos or videos sent by users are used to manage requests and incidents. Personal-data processing is explained in the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be resolved under consumer-protection rules without depriving you of any mandatory venue rights.
