2. Data we process

We process the data you provide when using our services: name, phone (WhatsApp), email, address or postal code, photos of the issue to be repaired, and messages exchanged with professionals through the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Service delivery: connecting clients with professionals and facilitating the repair. Basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).
• Contacting professionals: sending pre-diagnosed jobs to professionals. Basis: the professional's consent, or legitimate interest in commercial communications to businesses (LSSI-CE Art. 21).
• Legal compliance: invoicing, customer support, and tax obligations. Basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6.1.c).

4. Retention

We retain data for the duration of the relationship with the user and, afterwards, for the applicable legal retention periods (up to 6 years for fiscal and commercial obligations).

5. Recipients

We share data only with: (a) the professional assigned to your request, (b) technology providers acting as data processors (WhatsApp messaging, email delivery, database hosting), and (c) authorities where legally required.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to contacto@example.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
