• Professional data: contact details, activity, service area, availability, job history, ratings and communications.

• Managing requests and connecting customers with professionals: pre-contractual steps or contract performance.
• Communication by WhatsApp, email or phone: requested service delivery and, where applicable, consent.
• Managing the professional network: contract with the professional and legitimate interest in operating the marketplace.
